Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How does RAM-PAY work?
  2. Each month a portion of your policy(s) premium will be automatically withdrawn from either your checking or savings account.
     

  3. When will my payments be withdrawn?
  4. After we receive your completed authorization, we will notify you in writing of the amount and timing of your monthly withdrawal. Please pay any bills you may receive in the interim.
     

  5. How much will be deducted each month?
  6. Your premium payments will be evenly spread throughout the policy period. If you make a coverage change, you will be notified in writing of any changes made to your premium.
     

  7. What if I change banks or accounts?
  8. Complete a new RAM-PAY authorization agreement and send it to us along with a voided check or deposit slip from the new account.
     

  9. What if I wish to discontinue EFT?

          Submit to us a written request to discontinue EFT, and we will bill you by mail.
