Need to expedite paying your insurance premiums? Online payments and check-by-phone are now available!
To make a payment online, visit www.rammutual.com/login/policholders. You will need your policy number, account number and billing zip code (all found on your bill). Once logged in, you can look up current billing information, make a one-time electronic payment from your checking or savings account, and/or sign up for recurring payments (RAM-PAY EFT). There are NO ADDITIONAL FEES for this payment option.
If you don't have access to the Internet, check-by-phone is also available. Call the billing department at (218) 879-3321 during regular business hours.

Regular Automatic Monthly Payments Are Yours with RAM's electronic payment option - RAM-PAY - the electronic funds transfer program that takes the hassle out of paying your insurance premiums. With RAM-PAY, your monthly premium is automatically transferred from your checking or savings account. No checks to write. No envelopes to stamp and mail. No more worrying about lost or late payments!

- a voided check or savings deposit slip for the account from which you would like us to make your withdrawals
- payment for the current minimum due on your existing account
- a completed Authorization Agreement

RAM-PAY Frequently Asked Questions
How does RAM-PAY work?
Each month a portion of your policy(s) premium will be automatically withdrawn from either your checking or savings account.
When will my payments be withdrawn?
After we receive your completed authorization, we will notify you in writing of the amount and timing of your monthly withdrawal. Please pay any bills you may receive in the interim.
How much will be deducted each month?
Your premium payments will be evenly spread throughout the policy period. If you make a coverage change, you will be notified in writing of any changes made to your premium.
What if I change banks or accounts?
Complete a new RAM-PAY authorization agreement and send it to us along with a voided check or deposit slip from the new account.
What if I wish to discontinue EFT?
Submit to us a written request to discontinue EFT, and we will bill you by mail.
