Business Partners Policy
The business partners policy is intended for small to medium-size retail and service risks. The business partners policy is not intended for manufacturing risks or risks where a high percentage of service or installation work is done off-premises. This type of policy packages coverage usually needed for a typical business and gives you many options to customize the policy for your particular business needs. Equipment breakdown is included with the property coverages.
Commercial Package Policy
This policy can be used to insure larger and more diverse businesses than the business partners policy. Coverages are packaged but allow the business owner to select those coverages needed for their own business. There are many optional coverages available to help customize the policy for your needs. Equipment breakdown is included with the property coverages.
Commercial Auto
RAM can often provide coverage for your commercial autos if the rest of your business is insured with RAM. In some cases, we can insure commercial farm vehicles even if we do not insure the farm.
Commercial Property
By using a commercial property policy, you can choose to insure just your commercial property and not the liability portion of your risk.
Commercial Liability
By using our commercial liability policy, you can choose to insure just your commercial liability exposure and not insure your property exposure.
Workers' Compensation
RAM can provide workers' compensation for many businesses. In most cases, we will write workers' compensation without requiring supporting coverage!
Commercial Umbrella
If RAM provides the underlying commercial coverage, we can usually offer a commercial umbrella with limits of up to $2,000,000. In addition to higher liability limits, the commercial umbrella offers "drop down" coverages in some situations.
