Founded in 1931 as the Farm Mutual Reinsurance Association of Minnesota, RAM Mutual Insurance Company began with a clear purpose: to support township mutuals through reinsurance.
Over the years, we’ve grown by expanding our services, strengthening our partnerships, and extending our reach across Minnesota and North Dakota. Today, RAM Mutual reflects that continued progress built on a foundation of stability, innovation, and trusted relationships.

Our Annual Meeting
RAM Mutual’s Annual Meeting is held on the second Wednesday in April and is open to all policyholders, agents, and township mutual members.
In-person registration begins at 8:00 a.m., followed by the business meeting at 9:00 a.m.
